Returns and refunds
If your item arrives

receiving the items. The return of any items to us must be authorised in
Items must be returned in pristine condition. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement or exchange. Should you wish to cancel your order we will refund the cost of the items. If a refund is required, we will issue this using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within two weeks but the refund could take up to an additional 10 working days to show in your account.
